Even if you're not a swing pro – which, of course, can still change 😉 – helping out at events is a great opportunity to dive deeper into the swing scene, get actively involved, meet new people, and most importantly, have a great time together 😍.

Over the 4 days (from setup, event action to teardown), there are many great opportunities to get involved. The more helping hands offer a bit of their valuable time to help, the less work it is for everyone involved, and it becomes even more fun 👏👏👏!

The following options are available:
Friday, 16.2.2024: Material transport, setup@Silbando (between 12:00 and 17:00)
Friday, 16.2.2024: Admission control or beverage service (between 21:00 and 01:00)
Saturday, 17.2.2024: Admission control or beverage service (between 21:00 and 01:00)
Sunday, 18.2.2024: Admission control or beverage service (between 16:30 and 20:00)
Sunday, 18.2.2024: Teardown (between 16:00 and 21:15)
Monday, 19.2.2024: Material transport, unloading (between 10:00 and 12:30) @Downtownswing, Hohlstrasse 86a

The duration of shifts ranges from 1 hour to 2.5 hours.
- for a 1-hour shift, you will receive a CHF15.00 cash-back and 1 free drink.
- for 2x 1-hour shifts (ideally of the same type to optimize on instruction time), you will receive a CHF40.00 cash-back and 1 free drink.
- for a 2.5-hour shift, you will receive a CHF40.00 cash-back and 1 free drink
shifts are cumulative - there are 3 parties 😉

Auch wenn du kein Swing Profi bist - was nicht ist, kann noch werden 😉 - ist das Mithelfen an Events eine super Gelegenheit, tiefer in die Swing Szene einzutauchen, aktiv mitzugestalten, neue Leute zu treffen und vor allem zusammen eine super Zeit zu verbringen 😍.

Es stehen folgende Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl:

Freitag, 14.2.2025: Materialtransport, Aufbau@Silbando (zwischen 12:00 und 17:00)
Freitag, 14.2.2025: Eintrittskontrolle oder Getränkeausschank (zwischen 21:00 und 01:00)
Samstag, 15.2.2025: Eintrittskontrolle oder Getränkeausschank (zwischen 21:00 und 01:00)
Sonntag, 16.2.2025:: Eintrittskontrolle oder Getränkeausschank (zwischen 16:30 und 20:00)
Sonntag, 16.2.2025:. Abbau (zwischen 16:00 und 21:15)
Montag, 17.2.2025: Materialtransport, Ausladen (zwischen 10:00 und 12:30) @Downtownswing, Hohlstrasse 86a

Die Dauer der Einsätze reicht von 1h bis 2.5h.
- für einen 1h Einsatz erhältst du CHF15.00 cash-back und 1 Gratisgetränk.
- für 2x 1h Einsatz (idealerweise desselben Typs, um die Einarbeitung zu optimieren) erhältst du CHF40.00 cash-back und 1 Gratisgetränk. .
- für einen 2.5h Einsatz erhältst du CHF40.00 cash-back und 1 Gratisgetränk.
- die Einsätze sind kumulierbar - es gibt 3 Parties 😉
